Eric Moen, PA-C

Eric Moen PA-C is a native Oregonian, growing up in a rural town. This experience formed his ability to build strong relationships & have empathy for others. He completed his undergraduate work at Oregon State University in athletic training. He spent four years in this field working in high schools, small colleges, physical therapy clinics and with minor league baseball and basketball teams.

He went on to complete his Physician Assistant degree from Oregon Health and Science University. He was a member of the inaugural class. Eric has been a member of the Albany medical community since 1998 and has experience in many medical specialties including family practice, urgent care, occupational medicine and orthopedics. He has a particular interest and skills in evaluation and treatment of orthopedic conditions/sports injuries, joint and soft tissue injections and a variety of office procedures. He will be providing family practice services and enjoys taking care of patients of all ages. He values listening well to better take care of people and providing respectful, quality care. He enjoys providing good patient education and forming a partnership to motivate patients to participate in improving their health.

In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, exploring the outdoors through fly fishing, mountain biking, van camping, and hiking. He also enjoys traveling, good food, music and general fitness. He is excited to join Dr. Dirk Ohling’s team to help provide great medical care for the Albany & surrounding communities.
